1. Do I have to register for a Fami360 account to use your software?

Yep, you have to register for a Fami360 account to use our software. You'll need it to log in to the Fami360 control panel. Also, your account is where your child's activities are saved.

2. Do I have to use an email ID as the username?

Yes, you need to use an email ID for the username. This is so we can send you a confirmation email after the purchase and also verify your identity. Further, any official communications will be conducted via email.

3. I forgot my Fami360 password. What now?

Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. Enter your registered email ID. A password reset link will be sent to your email account.

4. I want to use my Fami360 account to view a second device. What do I do?

Every Fami360 subscription is bound to a single device. To monitor multiple devices, you will have to purchase a second subscription.
